COURSE TOUR - 9 Holes
Hole One
Par 5
A relatively short par five, this hole rewards a well placed tee shot down the right hand side and allows you to challenge the green with your second shot. The green is well bunkered in the front and is quite deep and undulating placing a premium on finding the right section with your approach shot.
Hole Two
Par 3
This short par three over water requires proper club selection to a two tiered green that is sloped from back to front. A well placed bunker protects the left side of the green and will leave a difficult second, depending on where the hole is placed.
Hole Three
Par 4
This straight-away par four, with out of bounds down the right side and over the green places a premium on accuracy off the tee as two strategically placed fairway bunkers guard the left hand side. Leaving your second shot to the left and below the hole gives you a realistic chance for birdie as the green slopes from right to left.
Hole Four
Par 4
A par four that doglegs slightly to the right, this hole rewards a lengthy tee shot as your second shot is all carried over a pond that guards the entire front of the green. A long and narrow green that slopes significantly from back to front awaits your approach, so make sure you take enough club to carry the water but leave yourself below the hole for an uphill putt – Good Luck!!
Hole Five
Par 3
A challenging par three to a rather large green, this hole places a premium on proper club selection. Leaving yourself below the hole here is crucial as a hazard is just over the green and collects all shots that are slightly long.
Hole Six
Par 4
This dog-leg left par four places a premium on accuracy off the tee as the right side is protected by a large pond and the left side is bordered by trees. Your second shot plays slightly uphill to a green that is protected by a false front but is sloped heavily from back to front.
Hole Seven
Par 4
This demanding par four requires both distance and accuracy off the tee. If you are brave enough to challenge the green with your second shot, you must avoid the bunker that protects the left side and the bunker that guards the front. Once on the green, placing your ball in the proper section is crucial as this severely undulating, two-tiered green will challenge all golfers.
Hole Eight
Par 5
This straight-away par five requires you to find the fairway at the top of the hill to leave a second shot from the same level as the green. The green is sloped significantly from front to back so leaving yourself below the hole leaves you a better chance for birdie. Selecting the proper club, however, for your approach shot is critical as any shot that comes up just short will find one of two deep bunkers, or fescue, that guard the front of the green.
Hole Nine
Par 4
A long dogleg right par four. This hole places a premium on accuracy. Your approach shot is crucial as this green is very well protected by three large bunkers and a severely sloped back to front green. Watch out as out of bounds runs down the entire left side.
